Business Loan Partners was founded by Kurt Schmidt in 2012.  Kurt’s professional background includes CEO of Western Heritage Credit Union, Credit Union of the Rockies and President & Founder of Western Heritage Insurance a full service insurance brokerage.  Via the advisory services of Business Loan Partners Kurt has advised start-up and established businesses helping them obtain the financing they need.

Since 2017 the focus of Business Loan Partners has shifted towards new entrepreneurs looking to build or purchase a new business because the financial climate makes it easier than ever before to finance that dream business.  But if your needs are obtaining capital for existing businesses we have a number of solutions that may fit your needs.

Our lending partners change from time to time as new lenders are added to our program as they create new loan products or improve existing products via either faster approval; better terms; or expanded guidelines.  Conversely we will drop lenders from our program when evidence exists that the lenders underwriting guidelines have changed.  By working with Business Loan Partners you will have an advisory assisting you in finding the best lender(s) for your needs and helping you through the approval process.

Business Loan Partners is not a direct lender which allows us to remain unbiased in our consultation.  We get paid either by charging our clients a fee for our service or in some instances, with the client’s consent, we can limit our search to lenders who will pay our fee on your behalf.  Because of the inherent conflict in directing business to lenders who pay the highest commissions we will first quote a price for our services based on your needs and then give you the option to work with lenders who will pay that fee on your behalf.  Throughout the process we maintain complete transparency in the advisory process.
